The Bulova 98A266 watch is based on a prototype that was never launched commercially, was inspired by a watch developed for the United States Navy, and has a unique strip of paper on the dial that indicates whether moisture has entered the watch and will change color if water resistance - up to 200 meters - ever starts to fail.
