Note: once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive the information needed to track the delivery.

Delivery times

Delivery times start from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier.

  • 3–5 business days for Europe
  • 5–10 business days for the rest of the world
  • Any variations may depend on the destination area, customs procedures or courier service
Important: customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and additional charges required by their country.

Returns and right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer Customer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Code.

Right of withdrawal within 14 days

In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a Consumer Customer, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to Article 52 and following articles of the Italian Consumer Code, without any penalty and without having to provide a reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days from receipt of the product. In the case of separate delivery of several goods ordered with a single order, the 14-day period begins on the day on which the last item is delivered.

How to communicate a withdrawal

Within the 14-day period, the Consumer Customer must communicate the intention to withdraw from the contract using one of the following methods:

The withdrawal communication must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and indicate the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised, attaching a copy of the purchase documentation.

Condition of returned products

Products must be returned in their original condition, without tampering or damage, with any product labels and tags still attached and not removed.

The consumer is only responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is normal and necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made, ordered to measure or clearly personalised, or for products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Personalised products: for items such as wedding rings and small rings, in the event of replacement, a minimum cost of €15 per item applies.

Refunds and return shipping costs

The order refund will be issued within 15 business days from the receipt of the parcel containing the returned goods, after checking the condition of the products.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer, as provided for by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

For international returns from outside the European Union, any customs costs, duties, import taxes and additional charges required for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for taxes, customs duties or any additional costs required by the destination country.

Return methods

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. You can choose independent return shipping or, for Europe only, delivery to a drop-off point.

You may return the parcel independently using the courier of your choice.

The shipment must be trackable. We recommend keeping the receipt until the return procedure has been completed.

2. Drop-off point

Cost €14.90

For customers in Europe, it is possible to deliver the parcel to an affiliated drop-off point.

This service is available in Europe only. Once this option has been confirmed, we will send you the shipping label to apply to the parcel and the instructions to find the most convenient drop-off point.

3. Returns outside Europe

For returns from countries outside Europe, only independent return shipping is available, using a courier chosen by the buyer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, customs fees or additional charges required for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
