What is Eco Drive technology?

One of Citizen's challenges: to develop a technology that would guarantee the constant functioning of the watch, anywhere in the world. In 1976, they invented the first light-powered analog quartz watch that operates using only light as a power source. This technology, now known as Eco-Drive, can generate energy from any light source (artificial light, natural light, and even dim light) to keep watches running without ever replacing the battery.

What is Super Titanium technology?

The lightest, the most resistant. The extraordinary qualities of Super Titanium are a challenge to the limits of nature. Titanium has outstanding characteristics of strength and corrosion resistance. But its main feature is lightness:
40% lighter than stainless steel, with the same strength. Super Titanium retains the qualities of titanium but is 5 times more resistant to abrasion. Super Titanio is a Citizen exclusive

What is Radio Controlled technology?

The radio control system installed on the clock receives the time signal generated by an atomic clock transmitted by means of radio waves. The accuracy of the atomic clock and of each radio controlled Citizen clock is absolute, with a tolerance of 1 sec every 10 million years. To avoid interference with smartphones and other devices used during our busy days, radio controlled Citizen watches receive radio signals late at night to adjust the time and date.
